Training
Training may include traditional window cleaning methods, water-fed pole systems, residential and commercial workflows, ladder and job-site awareness, equipment care, customer communication, and company safety procedures.
Career Opportunities
Opportunities may include window cleaning technician, senior technician, crew leader, commercial specialist, field supervisor, operations support, and future branch leadership.
Position Requirements
Requirements vary by position and may include a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, the ability to lift and carry equipment, comfort working outdoors, and comfort working at height.
