Window cleaning conditions vary by property. Ally Window Cleaning reviews the scope, access, surrounding conditions, and building requirements before work begins.
Industry Affiliations
Ally Window Cleaning is a member of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). These affiliations keep our team connected to window-cleaning practices and the needs of commercial property professionals.
Our rope-access work is performed by technicians with applicable SPRAT certification for qualifying projects.
Insurance
Ally Window Cleaning is bonded and carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Customers and property managers should send certificate-holder information, required limits, endorsements, or vendor documents as early as possible. Coverage and requested documentation must be confirmed for the specific project.
Access Planning
The appropriate access method depends on the building and site. Depending on the project, service may involve traditional tools, water-fed poles, ladders, aerial lifts, rope access, or coordination with a building maintenance unit. Not every method is appropriate for every property.
Work Conditions
Work may be postponed, modified, or declined when conditions are not appropriate for the planned service. We will communicate the concern and discuss the next step with the customer or building representative.
